CHANGE RIVERSIDE PARK DATES SAN FRANCISCO, Calif., Feb. 27. The opening of the spring meeting at Riverside Park, Kansas City, originally announced for May 14, has been put back one week, in order to avoid conflict with the coming Tanforan meeting, which announced its dates a few days ago for a period slightly longer than had been generally expected. Riverside Park will open May 21, therefore, and run for twenty-five or more days, William P. Kyne, general manager of the Riverside Jockey Club4 said here today. j
