Fleming, who will race the King Bruce Stable horses here. In the Fleming shipment, which arrived at Aurora Friday, were Outer Harbor, Forget Not and the two-year-old Mokus, by Westwick — Idleness. T. H. Craven registered Master Ogden, and Nurse Girl, the latter a year old, by Dozer. R. L. Rogers is expected to arrive Sunday from Maryland with six horses. He is shipping in the same car with J. B. Theall. G. Vuillemot is handling three horses for G. Rung of Chicago. In the stable is the veteran Lawyer, Western Knight and Red Slipper. J. Gianelloni arrived from Maryland and will ride freelance. O. L. Foster has a large stable on the grounds, including Golden Title, Roberta L, Out Bound, Our Doctor, Gypsie Chief, Rolling Sea, Winnie Jo, Murmuring Pines and Checkmate. The two-year-olds in charge of Foster are Love Apple, Hanover Jean, Andy, Martha R., Jeff O. and Lerack. B. P. Sparks was a recent arrival with George, Albazano and Strathcona. C. H. Smith registered Donna Dear, Whit-arral, Catalans Idol and Southland Boy. J. R. Carlock, a regular at Aurora, checked with his useful stable and registered Tol-tec, Kranz Baby, Kranella, Crooning, Ed. L., Stampdale, Gideon, Hard Rock and Curveur. With the arrival of Charles McLennan Friday morning, Harry Morrissey is the only member of the official family not on the grounds. Morrissey is flying from San Francisco and is due Sunday. The apprentice R. Montgomery, under contract to F. H. Carpenter, was an arrival from Maryland Friday. C. W. Moore checked in Friday morning with probably the largest stable on the grounds. He came from Lexington, and his consignment consisted of Lucky Carter, Gold Step, Benefit, Surely, Essential, Scream, Different, Flying Flynn, Buddie Cooper, Evidently, Dignified, Geraldine Flynn and Lyda Belle. The last six named are two-year-olds. Modesto, the good two-year-old filly of S. F. Murphy, which has been on the sick list for a month, is back in training, and Murphy hopes to have her ready for racing at Washington Park. Frank Barton has taken over the book of the apprentice C. King, who is under contract to J. D. Mikel. The lad does ninety-seven pounds, and was a star in the saddle at Agua Caliente. J. F. Vaughan took over the horses Coma On and Bunting Lad to train for Mrs. H. Gaines. E. J. OConnell arrived Thursday from Lexington and registered Red Vest, Hugue, Drury, Paul T., Yes Yes, Jeanne Wachs, French Maid, Doris B., Kitty OWay and Oma Whisk. Monday, opening day will be Ladies Day, and a large crowd of the fair sex is expected to turn out. E. B. Carpenter was another to arrive at Exposition Park and brought Tony Joe, Chip, Harpoon, St. Jim, Cloisters Dream, Blue Law, Modern Times, Starmount and Poor Relation. The jockeys who will sport silks at Exposition Park and already passed on are: J. Leyland, R. G. Cooper, H. West, J. Kel-lum, J. Gianelloni, J. Redding, C. Nelson, W. Lowe, R. Tilden. E. Gross, S. ODonnell, A. Richard, E. Smith, Lefoy Cunningham, L. Whitacre, J. Nichols, G. Quackenbush. A. Vuillemot, T. Cody, C. Hanauer and T. May. The apprentices already registered are: J. Ferguson, A. Rogers, D. Cox, M. Verbis, H. Asche, A. Miller, J. Neal, J. Hernandez, E. . Arcaro, M. Calvert, J. Lane, D. Dickson, T. I P. Martin and L. Cantrell.
