JAMAICA TURF NOTES $ g Charley Zoeller came up from Havre de Grace and stated that "Buddy" Ensor would be here Monday to ride and will leave Tuesday for Louisville, where he will ride Stepen-fetchit in the Derby. W. R. Cox, well known trotting horse enthusiast, was among the visitors to witness the running of the Wood Memorial. James Butlers Questionnaire was breezed six furlongs at Empire City Saturday morning in 1:15. He will start in the Excelsior Saturday. J. J. Robinsons Lucky Tom will be shipped to Louisville for his Derby engagement. The colt turned in an impressive effort in his last winning effort and, should the track be muddy, will be a real threat in the race. John A. Coburns Nuhat was scratched out of the Greenfield Claiming Stakes. The filly was worked a fast half mile Saturday morning. Blinkers were added to the equipment of the Anall Stables Larranga in the Wood Memorial. Harry V. Callahan was granted a temporary license to ride by the stewards and will accept mounts at this meeting. Callahan at one time rode for W. Irvine when he was training for E. F. Whitney. *
