Hay, general manager of Washington Park, has announced stake dates for the thirty-day season, beginning May 23, as follows: Monday, May 23— Washington Park Handicap, at six furlongs, for three-year-olds and upward. Saturday, May 28— Robert M. Sweitzer Handicap, at a mile and one-eighth, for three-year-olds and upward. Monday, May 30 Decoration Day— Debutante Stakes, at five and one-half furlongs, for two-year-old fillies. Saturday, June 4 — Illinois Oaks, at a mile and one-eighth, for three-year-old fillies. Saturday, June 11 — Thomas Curran Memorial, at five and one-half furlongs, for two-year-old colts and geldings. Saturday, June 18 — American Derby, at a mile and a quarter, for three-year-olds, 0,- j 000 added. 4*f*l Saturday, June 25— Francis S. Peabody Memorial Handicap, at a mile and a quarter, for three-year-olds and upward. These stakes possess a value totaling more than 0,000.
