General Thatcher was a ood racer and won 575,503 duripg his career on the turf. The best of -his, foals, which appeared in the racing of 1930., and 1931, is. Tambour, winner of the "Selima Stakes, Coaching Club, American Oaks and Potomac Handicap, in the latter race beating Tred Avon and Mate.
