t DEVONSHIRE PARK NOTES ; Stanley Gillespie, clerk of the scales at the forthcoming New York State Fair at Syracuse, N. Y., reports the following stables going to that point at the conclusion of the Devonshire meeting: Tedlu Stable, H. A. Neal and Elmtree Stable. Jockey K. Horvath and apprentice H. Dabson have signified their intentions of riding at the meeting.
