: : ; SABATH A KENTUCKY COLONEL CICERO, 111., Sept. 1. Albert Sabath, prominent Chicago barrister and sportsman, has been appointed aide de camp on the staff of Governor Ruby Laffoon, of Kentucky, with the rank and grade of colonel. Presentation of the certificate of this honorary appointment was made by Col. C. W. Hay, master of the .pretentious Scotland Farm in Kentucky and general manager of Washington Park. Colonel Sabath is among Chicagos most ardent thoroughbred fanciers and he owns quite a well balanced racing stable.
