1 DADE PARK TURF NOTES 4 . . e Edward Haughtons Prince Megan pulled up lame Thursday morning and was excused from the fifth race. As there were only five horses in the race and D. R. Riddle scratched Stop Gap, the race was declared off and the substitute race which was on the card was run as the fifth race. J. B. Respess Clipsetta bowed while working and she will be sent to the Respess farm when the others are transferred to Chicago. J. J. Flanigan will take the good winner, Arouse, and Sister Electa to Lincoln Fields at the close of this meeting. W. H. Taylor, who has three horses here for Mrs. E. L. Swikard, is shipping from here to Fairmount Park. The field for the Dade Park Handicap, to be run Saturday, will be drawn from the following horses: Canron, Quickaway, Ridge-view, The Widower, Rusty, Billy Champ, Billy Jones, Oscillation, Pretty Penny, Manta and others. Edward McCuan wired that he was shipping five horses here from Bainbridge and five from Hawthorne. The shipments are due Friday morning.
