1 SPORTSMANS PARK NOTES f Frank Parks was the only trainer to put in an application Friday that was passed on by the stewards. Francis Finn, a Chicago boy under contract to F. W. Gilliland, had his first mount of his career when he rode The Runt in the first race. Finn has had three years experience galloping horses and can ride at 103 Dounds.
