The latter, in close pursuit, went to tho front when SIBERIA ran out, but could not resist the winner. PREMEDITATE showed a good performance under a weak ride. KING HALMA, in close quarters early, closed gamely. SIBERIA was eliminated by the great loss of ground through racing extremely wide on tha turns RUNAWAY KID had no mishaps.
