JOHNSON STRING LARGEST NEW ORLEANS, La., Nov. 11. The largest stable quartered at Jefferson Park is that of W. L. Johnson, who has a stable consisting of seventeen head. In the barn are Rip Van Winkle, Charlie, Big Leaguer, French Lass, Jean Brown, Seymour, Frisco-ville, Dorothea Dale, Vese Bill, Prince Sweep, Dancing Boy, Whileaway, Lansquenet, Braggadocio, Point Final, Shasta Lover and a yearling which has been named Curtica.
