JUDGE MURPHY GOES HOME Joseph A. Murphy, much improved in health, passed through the city yesterday on his way to St. Louis, where he will remain until his health is completely restored, when he will proceed to New Orleans, where he will establish a winter home. Judge Murphy said: "We expect to have a great meeting at New Orleans this winter and all of the indications point to a great revival of interest in the Fair Grounds racing."
