TIME CLOCKS DERBY WORK ARLINGTON HEIGHTS 111 June 27 Trainer R A Smith gave the Brookmeade Stables Time Clock his final preparation for the Latonia Derby this morning when he sent the Florida Derby winner over the Derby route of a mile and onehalf In com ¬ pany with the older Inlander and with the track heavy Time Clock went the distance in 243 the fractions being as follows 51 118 145 213 He will be shipped tomorrow night and in the same car will be Plight William Sachsenmaiers candidate for the race Phil Reuter trainer of the lat ¬ ter said Plight would not be a starter unless the track was fast Mack Garner will ride Time Clock and L Balaski will pilot Plight
