FAVOR INCREASED VALUES NEW YORK N Y July 26 The New York racing commission will sponsor a move to encourage racing associations to increase the values of all stakes Because of record turnouts at all New York courses this sea ¬ son the commission believes that associa ¬ tions will soon be able to offer more attrac ¬ tive features which will tend to keep the highest grade of New York horses in New York and attract others here as well The proof on the revised edition of the rules book is being read and made ready for the press Incorporated in the book are changes advocated by The Jockey Club and racing commission The new regulations made their first public appearance in the racing calen ¬ der and are in effect at the present time
