CATLETT BACK FROM FRANCE NEW YORK N Y July 26 Dr J G Cattlett official supervisor of the saliva test for the New York State Racing Commission has returned from France He spent three weeks there with authorities to learn as much as possible of any improvements that had developed as a result of ideas gained overseas Dr Catlett is better equipped to handle the situation for the state racing com ¬ mission Dr Cattlett is leaving for Sara ¬ toga Friday to inspect the new saliva box constructed there in preparation for the coming meeting
