SARATOGA SALES SCHEDULE • Inverness Farm Dispersal Opens Annual Auctions on August 6. ♦ Hancock Sale Slated for August 9 — E. R. Bradleys Offerings Up on Thursday, August 8. ♦ The annual sales of yearlings and breeding stock at Saratoga Springs, N. Y.t under the management of Fasig-Tipton Co., will open this season on Tuesday, August 6. Approximately 550 yearlings will be offered during these sales with practically every leading breeding establishment being represented. These Saratoga sales are the barometer by which thoroughbred values are judged and therefore play a most important part in the breeding industry. To buyers they offer the one great chance of the year to buy top yearlings. The fact that there is scarcely an important racing event in America that has not been won by a horse sold as a yearling through these sales is a magnet that draws to Saratoga horsemen from every section.
