VERDICT FAVORS F. MUNDEN NEW YORK, N. Y., April 13. Frank Wilson Munden, twenty-five-year-old jockey, today was awarded 0,163 compensatory damages and 0,000 punitive damages in a sealed verdict directed against Joseph P. Smith and Victor Emanuel, owners of the Dorwood Stable. Munden charged he was discharged by Smith, May 31, 1932, although he claimed he had a contract which had three years to run.
