y t BAY MEADOWS OPENING i 25-DAY MEETING TODAY i i i. -4 SAN MATEO, Calif., April 13. Bill Kynes beautiful Bay Meadows track will open-tomorrow for its annual spring meeting of twenty-five days. The meeting will be staged under better conditions than ever before. A higher class of horses than ever appeared at a northern California track are on hand, including Indian Broom, Top Row, Azucar, Special Agent and other stars; and Time Supply is expected to come from Texas to renew his feud with the Baroni star in the 0,000 Bay Meadows Handicap. The Bay Meadows track has been practically remade, with a great amount of sand being added and worked into the top soil, which should make for slow time but far safer racing. Open Range and Cloud DOr, the two high weights, hook up in the ,000 added Opening Handicap, featuring the first day of racing. The sport will be held five days a week, Mondays being dark. Judge George W. Schilling will preside in the stand,
