TRAINER MICHELLS LAWYER TO DEMAND HEARING HAVRE DE GRACE, Md., April 12. Dan Chappell, prominent attorney of Miami, Fla., and a director of the Gables Racing Association, arrived from Florida to confer with trainer Bert S. Michell, who recently was suspended by the Florida Racing Commission. Chappell will demand a hearing for his client before the Florida Racing Commission and is here to gather material for the defense of Mrs. Denemarka trainer.
