HACKER DOWN FOR 10 DAYS NEW ORLEANS, La., Dec. 5. The Louisiana Jockey Club stewards announced the suspension of jockey B. Hacker for ten days for rough riding while astride Tony Steel in the second race at the Fair Grounds Monday afternoon.
