FAVORS STRUBS SUGGESTION SUGGESTIONSTANTON STANTON Del June 17 When at Dela ¬ ware Park last week Dr Charles Strub vice president and general manager of the Los Angeles Turf Club suggested to J Simpson Dean president of the Delaware Steeplechase and Race Association that instead of build ¬ ing a new grandstand the management should construct a tunnel to the infield to care for the overflow crowds on holidays and Saturdays Dean was impressed with the suggestion and stated today that he would present it to the other directors at the next annual meeting
