ILLINOIS TURF BOARD MEETS MEETSCRETE CRETE III June 17 Members of the new Illinois Turf Board met today for the first time when the three turf governors and Clement Trance secre ¬ tary held a short informal gettogether in the Chicago offices of chairman Edmyfed Williams Other members of the board are William Fay of Joliet and Frank Mandel also of Chicago ChicagoIt It was announced that Chicago offices of the board will be moved from their present location to 506 South Wabash Avenue and that the meetings will be held twice monthly Chairman Wil ¬ liams designated the first and third Mondays of each month as meeting dates
