RED SET EARNS HER DIPLOMA IN FAIRMOUNT JUVENILE DASH DASHCOLLINSVILLE COLLINSVILLE 111 June 17 Red Set a chestnut daughter of Bookbinder Vonset flaunting the silks of Arthur McKnight Fort Worth Texas breeder carried her owners colors to victory in the fourth race at Fair mount Park this afternoon in a driving fin ¬ ish defeating Sam Corbets AnnaaVish M C Keefes Tom Reay and nine other two yearolds at four and a half furlongs Soon after the start AnnaaVish the favorite was taken to the front and showed the way while outpacing Philcade with the ultimate winner reserved in third place Entering the stretch when Philcade dropped back the McKnight representative under the handling of W L Johnson came to the out ¬ side of AnnaaVish for the drive and got up n the last few strides to win by a neck The favorite was an easy second being four lengths in advance of Tom Reay a field horse The race was run in 54 onefifth of a second slower than the track record recordIt It was Belleville 111 Day and each race was named in honor of prominent business houses and city officials with the sixth race the feature number on the card honoring tho Belleville Daily Advocate The weather waa excellent for the sport which was con tested over a fast racing stripf
