Charles Keppler Dead SARATOGA SPRINGS. N. Y.. June 29.— The burial of Charles "Chick" Keppler, 55, who during recent years called Coral Gables, Florida, his home, took place here yesterday. He was well known in racing circles as a mutuel key man and supervisor and was a member of the Turf Benevolent Association for several years.
