W. F. Sparks Dies SPORTSMANS PARK, Cicero, HI., May 4. — Milton Resseguet received word this morning of the sudden death of W. F. Sparks at East St. Louis, HI. The deceased had Tea Dance as a scheduled performer on the card here today but the three-year-old filly was declared by the stewards upon the request of Resseguet.
