HBPA Election at Lincoln LINCOLN DOWNS, Lincoln, R. I., May 4. — The annual election of committee members for the New England division of the HBPA held at Lincoln Downs yesterday, resulted in the largest turnout in the history of the organization. Tom Haskos was unopposed for the office of regional vice-president and was re-elected.. The following were elected committee members for the Lincoln Downs committee: Pat Fringe, Alfred Donofrio and Max White.
