Three Riders and Trainer Hit in Lincoln Downs Rulings LINCOLN DOWNS, Lincoln, R. I., May 4. —The stewards handed down the following rulings here today: "Jockey J. Andino is suspended for the balance of the year 1950 because of an unsatisfactory ride on. Reward All, in the eighth race Wednesday! May 3. " " "Jockey J. Sacco is suspended for the remainder of the meeting for rough riding at the start of and during the sixth race Wednesday, May 3. "Trainer A. Vacca is fined 5 for the use of foul and obscene language in front of the winners circle after the running of the fifth race Tuesday, May 2. "Jockey L. Eversole is hereby suspended ior 10 racing days for reporting to, the Jockey room in unfit condition this date."
