Sinnott Arrives at Downs CHURCHILL DOWNS, Louisville, Ky.. May 4. — James B. Sinnott HI., assistant to John Letellier and Anthony Pelleteri, president and vice-president respectively of the Fair Grounds course in New Orleans, arrived upon the local scene. During his stay in the Blue Grass, Sinnott will be the guest of Warner L. Jones, Jr. According to recent reports, Pelleteri, who has been inactive during the past several months due to a lengthy illness, is expected to arrive in time to witness the renewal of the Kentucky Derby.
