GARDEN STATE PARK SHY BIM — Two-year-old filly won her debut in a manner suggesting that she has the makings of a truly good performer. GRAYMAR ROYAL— A long distance and mediocre company is all that this grey racer needs to score a victory. STAR CONQUEST— His.first Suffolk effort was commendable, and he should have little difficulty in returning to defeat same company. GAY GALLANT — Rangy son of Ladysman was orginially designed to be a stakes performer. Should retain his winning ways against the class he is meeting. MISTAMBO — Although finishing behind several horses in the Colonel. Handicap, she may have been the best. Will be a sharp racer the next time. HIGHLAND BUZZER— Recently surprised at long odds. Has a peculiar manner of running, but may decide to stretch out again and upset the calculations. ENERGETIC — Appears ready to make a stout challenge when racing over a distance of ground. VALUTA — Filly may have needed the effort when she lugged in badly and finished second. Improvement will bring early results. PANADE — Youngster has been training well, but had little chance after encountering trouble in her first local outing. VAR — Gave a sharp effort at a sprint. Will do better when given more distance.
