Arcaro to Ride Royal Governor In Stars and Stripes Handicap ARLINGTON PARK, Arlington Heights, 111., June 29.— Eddie Arcaro will fly to Arlington Park next Tuesday night to ride Mrs. Esther duPont Weirs Royal Governor in the 0,00 added Stars and Stripes Handicap, feature of the Fourth of July program. Tomorrow, Hedley Woodhouse makes a quick stop to take a mount for Brookmeade Stable either Torch or Two Rainbows in the Modesty Handicap. Three other jockeys will move to Arlington Park next Wednesday to ride Brookmeade entries in the Stars and Stripes — Ira Hanford, Ronnie Nash, and possibly Joe Culmone.
