Trophies to Monmouth Riders MONMOUTH PARK, Oceanport. N. J.. June 29. — Monmouth Park jockeys are to receive trophies to retain as their own award for winning stakes races at the seaside track, according to president Amory L. Haskell. The newly-adopted policy will include boys who have already won earlier handicaps at the meeting, as well as stake events ahead. The trophies are silver cups, standing on engraved pedestals. "In years to come these trophies may remind our modern riders of the thrills of bygone days," according to Haskell.
