Moonrush Topweight at 125 For American Handicap HOLLYWOOD PARK, Inglewood, Calif., June 29. — Mr. and Mrs. F. N. Phelps Sturdy One, who won the Inglewood Handicap in one of the most thrilling finishes of the meeting, drew a three-pound penalty as a result of that victory and has been assigned 112 pounds for the July 4 running of the 0,000 American Handicap at a mile and an eighth.
