LeB lanes First Success DELAWARE PARK, Stanton, Del., June 2. — When Four Notrump accounted for the final race here on opening day,, it marked the first saddle success of apprentice Roger LeBlanc. This 19-year-old Massachusetts youngster is under contract to trainer Lyle Phillips and is being handled by ex-jockey Walter Anderson. LeBlanc had accepted about 35 mounts prior to his maiden score.
