No Delay in Construction Of Track Court Officer Says SaysRENO RENO Nev June 8 Special master H W Edwards said today a federal court dispute in connection with the Las Vegas race track would not delay completion of its construction and of its proposed Labor Day weekend reopening reopeningEdwards Edwards appointed by federal judge Roger Foley to direct reorganization of the bankrupt racing plant project said This present dispute is an internal matter down there and it wont interfere with opera ¬ tion of the track trackAll All the creditors have been paid and the money is available to complete the track Construction is going right along on schedule and I cant see why the track cant open as planned
