THISTLE FYRN. took command easily, saved ground after a half mile and held on gamely, but was not good enough. NEVER QUIT, strongly handled, could not get to the leaders, but held on with good courage. FOXLAND HALL began fast, was taken back under steadying restraint and failed to rally when strongly ureed after reaching the final five-sixteenths. SANTERNO never threatened. MY SCOOP was always far back." HIGH STORM had early speed and sulked. Overweight — Foxland Hall, 1 pound. !■ —
