Three Placed on Barred List PAWTUCKET, R. I., April 15.— Midall 1 and Collect Call have been placed on the 1 barred list and will not be allowed to start again at this meeting. Another to be placed on the barred list was Take a Letter, who pulled up lame in yesterdays first race. The racer, however, will be reinstated again when given a clean bill of health by ;lthe veterinarian. .
