Constitution Eligibles Drill EAST BOSTON, Mass., June 21.— A quartet of Constitution Handicap eligibles were seen in workouts over a "good" track this morning at Suffolk Downs in preparation for their Saturday stakes engagement. Kewey Dee went seven-eighths in 1:30*5 after rounding the three-quarters in 1:15*5. His stablemate, Son Admiral, traveled six furlongs in 1:1545, while Paper Mill also worked the distance, going in 1:1445. Bel-dine stepped a half mile in -A915.
