Haskos, Hinphy to New York SUFFOLK DOWNS, East Boston, Mass., April 29. — Tom Haskos, vice-president of the New England division of the HBPA, and Bill Hinphy, who holds a similar post with the Louisiana division, departed from Boston for New York this afternoon to attend the annual meeting of the national directors of the HBPA being conducted at the Hotel New Yorker.
