Curandero Works Mile PLMLICO. Baltimore, Md., April 29.— King Ranchs Curandero, one of five Dixie Handicap eligibles in the stable of Robert J. Kleeberg, was sent a mile during train -.ing hours this morning and was timed in 1:43, handily. He was accompanied throughout the move by Flash Burn, who impressed trainer "Buddy" Hirsch by staying with his more highly regarded stable-mate. King Ranch also has Flying Missel, Swap Out, Better Self andPhophets Thumb eligible for the Dixie.
