NOTICE TO SUBSCRIBERS. Chicago banks are now making a minimum charge of ten cents for collection on each personal cheque. To prevent the payment of this percentage, patrons of Daily Racing Form Publishing Company are requested to make their remittances by New York or Chicago exchange, or postal or express money orders. If a personal cheque is sent, the subscriber will please let the amount be for ten cents additional to cover cost of collection.
