It is to be hoped that the project will not materialize. Louis A. Cella denies the report, that he will attempt to operate a track at East St. Louis during the summer. Trainer Phillips Is expected at Louisville from New Orleans shortly to begin the active preparation of Fred Cooks two-year-olds for the spring and summer campaign.
