WANT NO BETS ON OAKLAWN RACES. Memphis, Tenn., February 22. Repeated winnings by Montgomery Park horsemen on "good things" shipped to Hot Springs track, caused the local poolrooms to abandon service from Oaklawn today. No report was received of races there and no bets were accepted on races at any but New Orleans tracks. The poolroom men claim that the local turfmen have won a small fortune in bets since last Saturday.
