STAKING OUT THE GLEN PARK COURSE. Cincinnati, Ohio, February 2S. Engineer Drhce Morton and his assistants are at work staking out a race course at Glen Park, Ky. Georga Elirlich. representing Louis A. Cella and others, bought the property last week and he says: "We will have a 00,010 plant ready for a meeting to open under Western Jockey Club government on Decoration Day." Glen Park is on the Kentucky bank of the Ohio river, fourteen miles above this city, anil is also on the main line of the Chesapeake and Ohio Railroad. The tract embraces about 10O acres. If the plant can be completed bv May 30, it is the intention of the Cella party to parallel the dates at Latouia.
