SOME FORM REVERSALS AT HOT. SPRINGS. Big Crowd Sees Poor Racing Fine Weather Brings Them Out Radtkc Rides Four Winners. HotSprings, Ark., March 21. To the balmy weather rather than any good offering in a racing way, was attributed the big attendance at Oaklawn today. The horses making the contests this afternoon were about as poor as ever met iu competition, consequently form reversals were not unexpected. Tinniest pronounced of these came, when Martius, in the third race, scurried home In front of Bendlgo and J. W. ONeill, both heavily backed at short prices. The succeeding race saw the defeat of Bitter Hand, an odds-on choice, which failed to finish in the money. Amador woke up and won from post to finish from Sonnet, with Proteus a head farther back. The latter did not run to his best form. If he had, he would have won off. It is becoming apparent to the majority of speculators that the horses from J. W. ONealls stable do not run the most consistent races In these parts and. they are beginning to light shy of supporting tbeui, especially after Lucullus bad defeat yesterday. There was a noticeable panicky feeling among the layers, and business especially on the fifth race, was conducted in a gingerly manner. Radtke rode four winners today. Los Angeleno clipped five seconds off the track record for a mile and a quarter in the last race and set the mark at 2:08. Lazell was purchased today at private terms by W. McKIuney from J. C. Milam. ,
