DISPOSITION OF THE IROQUOIS FARM. Lexington, Ky., March 21. It is understood that during the next ten days Senator Joseph W. Bailey, of Texas, will become owner of the Iroquois Farm. Shortly after the death of Captain James 1!. Clay, Garret I. Wilson opened negotiations with Mrs. Clay for the purchase of the property. The terms were satisfactory and she accepted them. The next day stie became unconscious and died without signing a deed of transfer. Her will was ofTered Tor probate a day or two ago anil it was found that she had made her husband her beneficiary, but he iiavlng died before his wife, the property reverts to Mrs. Clays heirs, who are her brother Evan Ingles and Mrs. Walter Payne. They will transfer the properly to Mr. Wilson for the Texas Senator as was agreed by their sister.
