Fowells. of -Buffalo wb was hit by a bullet aL the racetrack vesterday sustained only a superficial injury and is up and about as usual.- He is stopping at tiie Brighton Hotel. There Is hardly any room for doubting the theory that the affair was purely of accidental nature and that the missile was a spent bullet tired from some place on Voorhies Avenue directly east of the Judges stand and about a block and a half away.
