Dr. Wentker showed tiie most early speed, fought out the finish gallantly and Is an improving colt that should score soon. Commodore Tlieln ran well throughout. The hitter closed a big gap and finished fast. Satchel ran well to tho stretcli and tired. Orfeo finished fast after being cut off at the head of the stretch and forced to go around on the outside. Hater Pansy began slowly and went wide on the first turn, then closed a big gap, but tired in the final quarter. Racine II. ran well and outstayed Midas. . The latter tired hi the stretch.
