Arguments in the appealed Injunction case ot the Douglas Park Jockey Club against the Kentucky Staje Racing Commission were heard In the United States Court of Appeals this morning. It Is expected that the court will hand down a decision tomorrow morning.. . Senator J. W. Bailey failed to appear as eounsel for the Racing Commission.
