RUDABEK IS DISQUALIFIED. Oakland, Cal., June 17. Today marked the beginning of the closing week of the long drawn out local meeting. In the fourth race this afternoon Rudabek finished second to Phalanx after having fouled Combury in the stretch. Rudabek was disqualified and placed last. Revolt getting second money and Combury third aiouey.
