OCONNOR CONTRACTS TO RIDE IN GERMANY. Memphis, Tenn., March 20. — A cablegram re reived here from George Walker, the American trainer In Germany, says that he has signed Winnie OConnor, the American jockey, to ride for the Wein lierg stable for two years. The stable is the leading money winner on the German turf OConnor rode for the stable in 1900, bekig succeeded in 1907 by Willie Shaw.
